Proofing Process

Friday 5PM: All final copy is due. All ADS are in the wiki, written up and approved by the client. NEWS items are in the wiki, written up, with links. EVENTS are in the wiki, written up, with links. FEATURES (Cool Cleveland People, Cool Cleveland Interviews, They Say, Tuning In, Skirting The Issue, MBIC, Instant Karma, Yr Turn, etc. except Top 5) are in the wiki, written up, with links and photos. (This is the same deadline we've been using for the past couple of weeks).

Monday 9AM: All INSTANT KARMA reviews from the past weekend are due.

Monday 9AM- NOON: All wiki sandbox areas are proofed and corrected. Cut-and-Paste is created to indicate flow of copy and ads. Adds & deletes are entered into the database. TOP 5 is assembled.

Monday NOON: HANDS OFF. All copy is locked down. No more changes, additions or edits. After Noon Monday, all changes are handled directly with TM via voice mail.

Monday Noon-2PM: Copy is compiled from the individual wiki sandbox areas to the "Current Newsletter" wiki sandbox. Newsletter is migrated from the “Current Newsletter” wiki sandbox to Optiem.

Monday 2PM: Current issue of newsletter is sent out to Test list from Optiem. Final review of layout, style and form. The 5PM Martini Lounge is open.

Tuesday 9AM-NOON: Any overnight NEWS is added. Any last-minute EVENTS are added (by exception only). Kucinich BEAT? is completed.

Tuesday Noon: Final version of newsletter is sent out from Optiem to the Test list. Any changes are done via voice mail. Final tweaks. Final review.

Wednesday 12:01AM: Cool Cleveland is delivered.
