Cleveland has always loved its burgers and steaks. But recently, more of us have tried to eat a healthier, more varied diet. Cleveland City Council wants to encourage that. It passed a resolution this week urging people to celebrate "Meatless Monday" and praising those working to get us to eat our veggies. * Some people think you shouldn't eat any meat at all. They include the producers of the new documentary Cowspiracy: The Sustainability Secret, who say you're helping ruin the environment by not going vegan. The film has a single screening at the Cedar Lee this week, with Q&A afterward. Thu 8/28.
