Cleveland newgrass trio Honeybucket has taken Cleveland by storm in the last three and a half years, scarfing up some of the hottest gigs in town. They released an EP two years ago and now they're dropping their latest, Stomping Grounds, at the Music Box Supper Club. Sat 8/8.

The Katz Club Diner on Lee Road shut down last year after one of the diner cars was destroyed by a fire and the other was damaged. The damaged car has been restored, and while it's no longer operating as a regular restaurant, it's hosting occasional pop-up events such as the Pop Up Ice Cream Social Thu 8/6 that will feature free treats, a cupcake icing workshop, kids activities and a book sale.

* Corn season is short and corn just isn't that good out of season. So take advantage of it – head to the Coit Road Farmers Market for its annual corn roast and BBQ. Proceeds benefit the nonprofit market. Sat 8/8.
