Everyone knew it was coming but that didn't make it any easier for his friends and acquaintances in the Cleveland music scene when Ken Janssen passed away on New Year's Eve after battling Lou Gehrig's disease for more than two years. His business, Mo Bites, provides organic vegans food to restaurants, caterers and others.
