Painesville's Party in the Park may or may not be the largest free music festival in Ohio, as it claims. But there's no doubt it offers three full days of popular local artists like Carlos Jones & the P.L.U.S. Band plus a select few out-of-town bands worth discovering, like eclectic Ann Arbor roots/folk/world music ensemble the Ragbirds (pictured).
