When Weapons of Mass Creation returns in August, it'll be the third year for this event, which brings together local and national indie bands, artists, and designers. WMC has just announced its band lineup, including reunited emo pioneers Braid (photo), and some of the artists and speakers. It's also got a Kickstarter campaign.
