Now in its 14th year, the Cleveland International Classical Guitar Festival is a breathlessly packed weekend, one of the world's premiere classical guitar festivals. Taking place at the Cleveland Institute of Music, it offers master classes, lectures, demonstrations, and recitals by local and international players like young Czech guitarist Petra Poláčková (pictured). Many of the events are free too. Fri 5/30-Sun 6/1.

Some co-ops are struggling but the Kent Natural Foods Co-op is growing by leaps and bounds. It's got a three-phase expansion in the works and a Spring Green Gala benefit coming up to raise funds for it. Sat 5/31.
