Spanish chef Ferran Adria is known for his unusual approach to creating meals. MOCA Cleveland currently has the first-ever exhibit of sketches & other artwork relating to his process. He'll be in town to participate on a symposium on the history and theory of food at MOCA. Mon 11/17.
