Spanish chef Ferran Adria is known for his unusual approach to creating meals. MOCA Cleveland currently has the first-ever exhibit of sketches & other artwork relating to his process. He'll be in town to participate on a symposium on the history and theory of food at MOCA. Mon 11/17. * Fall is peak season for apple cider, so the Muisc Box Supper Club is hosting a cider tasting which will also feature belly-warming appetizers like fresh-from-the-oven donuts and bacon-wrapped apple and duck.
