Garlic may be pungent but oh what a treat it is! The Cleveland Garlic Festival at Shaker Square, now in its 6th year, has proved to be a huge success, attracting hordes to try garlic BBQ, garlic fries and even garlic ice cream, watch chef demos, listen to music (not garlic-themed), and pick up bulbs to plant in their own gardens next month. * It's time again for the Countryside Conservancy's monthly food swap at Cuyahoga Valley National Park. If you have too much of something you grew or made, bring it and trade if for something else. Tue 9/15.
