Cool Cleveland is using RSS (Real Simple Syndication) to distribute multi-media files. By subscribing to our RSS feed (it's free - like the newsletter), Cool Cleveland readers will be able to receive notification of audio and video as soon as its published.

The innovation of podcasting combines MP3s with RSS to automatically download files to your portable MP3 player, like an iPod or iRiver. Using a software client like iPodder (available for free at iPodder.org) you can add Cool Cleveland's feed (available here), so that when you sync your player, new files get added automatically.
