The upcoming food adventure and culinary event, The Natural History of Balsamic Vinegar takes place on Sat 4/24 in the lovely galleries of the Museum of Natural History, starting at 6:30PM, with dinner at 8PM. Dick Heislman, manager of event marketing and sales at the Museum, explains how the "hero food" takes center stage at these delightful culinary events.
