The name of the show is appropriate, it was a big noise. Well, the noise was big. The crowd was inflated by your typical flats dweller. "Studs" with gold chains and drunken bachellorette parties mingled with performance art as the biker gang from "Weird Science" hurled obscenities before being tamed like cobras by Beating Eric of "I Hear Latinas...". One gigantic, bearded, bloated biker spoke in tongues and drunkenly beat himself about the head with a microphone as Eric performed a macabre dance around him as an on looking crowd gaped in disbelief, is how one of the bands, Infinite Number of Sounds, puts it on their website. What they don't describe is the audio and photonic driving their band and JJ Flux? did while on stage. Using a powerful mix of expertly edited video and a classic mix of hi-fi and lo-fi Infinite Number wound the crowd up, then chilled them out only to turn the show over to JJ Flux, who pounded on them relentlessly. The Mark Dutroux Slide Show was throw of the stage by the management to top of the evening. We can't wait for Big Noise 12! (:divend:)
