United Way reaches out... and reaches their goal

When United Way of Greater Cleveland announced that they reached their 2009 annual goal of $40 million, leaders in the community gasped. Especially considering the challenging economy, and the fact that a mere 48 hours prior, it looked to everyone as if they would fall short.
