Looking for the thrill of an adventure? Cleveland Metroparks Ledges to Lake Adventure Race in Hinckley Reservation on Sat 9/17 challenges participants on land and in water while running, cycling and kayaking. Challengers can compete individually, as a team or complete the race as a relay.
The course is perfect for both beginners and advanced racers; a limited supply of kayaks can be reserved for $10/person by contacting Outdoor Recreation at 216-341-1704. Returning for a third incredible summer, Edgewater Live every Thursday from 5:30 to 8:30PM through 8/11 gives Clevelanders an entirely new view on happy hour.

Rosebrough Tiger Passage is the newest exhibit at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, featuring 2 exotic and endangered Russian Amur tigers.
Listen in as Executive Director Dr. Christopher Kuhar walks us through the four different interconnected areas, the climbing pools, streams and soaking pools for the tigers to engage.

Cleveland Metroparks e55 on the Lake at East 55th Street Marina will showcase 18 free live music concerts this summer from well-known local groups such as Cats on Holiday, Invincible and Shockwave. Live music is offered every Saturday evening.
e55 on the Lake offers some of the best sunsets in Cleveland from its outdoor patio.
e55 on the Lake is a full-service restaurant and bar with a bait shop and fuel dock on site. There are also courtesy docks available during restaurant hours, and a transient dock as well as fishing areas. The East 55th Street Marina is the largest public marina in Cuyahoga County, located at 5555 North Marginal Road, Cleveland.

Just in time for Safe Boating Week, the Cleveland Metroparks conducted a "waterbreaking" ceremony and launched their new Water Taxi service, allowing visitors to cross between the East and West Banks of the Cuyahoga River for $2 a day, with unlimited trips. CoolCleveland spoke with Captain Michael Bobincheck as he prepared to shove off on his inaugural voyage across the River.
Dogs and bikes are welcome, and the Water Taxi is conveniently located near the Music Box Supper Club on the West Bank, and next to Coastal Taco by the RTA stop on the East Bank, and both are connected to the Towpath Trail.
