Steve Schimoler has a lot of good ideas. For many years, it was his job to come up with new food products when he moved to the Cleveland area to work with Nestle as Director of Innovation and Development after many years of launching 3-star restaurants and food companies like Chefex.com and Chef Stuff. He's laid down roots in Cleveland with the award-winning Crop Bistro & Bar, and is determined to take advantage of the attention (and the visitors) that will be attracted to Cleveland during the upcoming Rock Hall induction week.

Cleveland Food Rocks is a collaborative effort to have Cleveland's top chefs offer live music (possibly using talent in their own kitchens), and a signature drink or hors d'oeuvre to visitors during Induction week. Watch the video with Cool Cleveland's Thomas Mulready, and Steve can explain better in his own words. http://www.ClevelandFoodRocks.com http://www.CropBistro.com
