It's one of the largest sport and cultural events in the world, and The Gay Games are coming to Cleveland/Akron region. The sporting games are open to all adults, regardless of sexual orientation or ability, and include tons of sports.
CoolCleveland Correspondent Marty Bielat met up with The Executive Director of the games, Tom Nobbe, and got some insight on what the festival is all about.
Thank you Tom Nobbe and everyone else at The Gay Games for taking the time to speak with CoolCleveland, and giving us a new perspective on the festivities coming up in August. We can't wait to see where the games are going to take the conversation for civil rights in Cleveland.
