Deanna Dozier didn't think she'd be able to afford her new home one block from where she works at the Cleveland Clinic. She looked for almost four years for a two-family house for her daughter, her mom and her sister, who are living with her. She finally located this large house with four bedrooms, full finished attic, full basement, and five bathrooms, with just a 5 minute walk to work.

Listen to Deanna as she explains how she took advantage of the Greater Circle Living program, which offers grants up to $15,000 through the Fairfax Neighborhood Development Corp, which Deanna used for her down payment and for initial repairs to her new house. It's available to people working in non-profits around University Circle to buy a home. FairfaxRenaissance.org
