Michael Ruhlman's the guy you go to when you want to talk food. Or cook it. Or eat it.
He’s just one of many culinary celebrities appearing at the 7th Annual Fabulous Food Show (FFS), November 9-11, 2012 at the I-X Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Ruhlman talks with Cool Cleveland's Thomas Mulready at the world-famous West Side Market, now celebrating it’s 100th birthday, as Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson proclaims the week leading up to the FFS as Cleveland Culinary Celebration Week.
