Walk-up tix are available at the door!

Cool Cleveland and cool jazz and you can do both for an incredibly low price.

The downbeat drops on Fri 4/15 with a sneak peek into the super-secret Hermit Club, tucked away in the alley behind Playhouse Square. It's a members-only hideaway that's open to Cool Cleveland readers for one night only. Capacity is limited, so score your tix right away! Let Cool Cleveland introduce you to the best that Cleveland has to offer. Get on board as we line up another fascinating evening of terrific people, tantalizing snacks and the best of the Tri-C Jazz Fest featuring Al Jarreau. Fun parties, cool culture. Walk-up tickets are still available at the door of the Hermit Club.

Sample these wines at the Cool Cleveland pre-party at the Hermit Club, while listening to Kassaba on the Hermit mainstage and Joe Hunter on the underground piano: White Knot, Chardonnay, 2004- this slightly green, pale golden wine is brimming with fresh citrus and creamy peach aromas. Finish is perfectly balanced with just enough acidity. Bloom, Riesling, 2003- with aromas of peaches and honeysuckle giving way a pleasing palate full of sweetness and acidity. Michael Pozzan Winery, Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma Cty, 2002, consisting of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Merlot. A wonderful, rich wine with lots of black cherry and currant overtone in a compact, medium body frame.

Spend the night with a legend The five-time Grammy Award winner has been honored in Jazz, Pop and R&B, and his unique vocal style make him one of the most recognized and cherished singers of his generation.
