Rules and Regulations

1. The winner of the Cool Cleveland/Akron-Canton Airport “Pack your Bags” contest/giveaway will receive 2 roundtrip tickets aboard AirTran Airways to fly from the Akron-Canton Airport to any destination that AirTran Airways flies in the Continental US within the next year. All Travel must be completed by December 31, 2008.

The winner will also receive hotel accommodations of the Akron-Canton Airport’s choosing in the form of a Traveolocity.com Hotel Gift Card in the total amount of $250. Gift cards are valid for booking reservations at over 30,000 hotels worldwide. For more information or to purchase a gift card, visit www.travelocity.com/giftcard. Airport transfers, trip incidentals, food and beverage, and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the contest winner.

2. You must register and attend the September 28, 2007- Cool Cleveland/Akron-Canton Airport Party to be eligible to win the contest. When you purchase a ticket to the “party” you must agree to all terms and conditions of the contest/giveaway. Your ticket must be purchased by September 28, 2007, to be eligible to win.

3. To register for the “Pack your Bags” contest/giveaway, simply go to www.CoolCleveland.com and purchase a ticket to the “Pack your Bags” party. The ticketing transaction signifies agreement and acceptance of the contest rules and regulations.

4. The winner will be notified and officially announced to the public, at the “Pack your Bags” party, at 7pm, September 28, 2007.

5. Travel with the winning certificate is subject to AirTran Airways contract of carriage, rules and regulations. Schedules and markets are subject to change without notice. Travel is non-refundable, non-transferable and all travel must be completed by the date listed on the front of the certificate given (Dec 31, 2008) Roundtrip travel must be booked b/w the same city pair. Expiration date will not be extended or renewed.

6. Entry into this contest/giveaway is open to all US residents who are at least 18 years old and have a valid government issued ID; and purchase a ticket to the September 28, 2007 Cool Cleveland/Akron-Canton Airport “Pack your Bags’ event. Employees of AirTran Airways, employees of Akron-Canton Airport Authority, employees of Cool Networks LLC, employees of 91.3 the Summit (WAPS), and employees and Directors of MAPS Air Museum, and the families of each are not allowed to enter or win the contest. Void wherever taxed, restricted or prohibited by law.

7. Purchase of a “party” ticket, and the corresponding entry into this contest, constitutes permission to use winners’ names and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation to the contest winners.

Submitting an online ticket purchase for this event signifies that the person has agreed to all contest terms and regulations listed above and is automatically entered into the contest.
