Citizen Pie hasn't been as long in the making as the eatery it replaced, Billy's BBQ, which was seven years in the making and closed in less than two. But hopefully it will be longer lasting. Velvet Tango Room owner Paulius Nasvytis and his partners, Claudia Young and chef Vytauras Sasnauskas, announced in the spring their plans for a wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizza place in the Waterloo Road space — and it opened this week, right when they said it would. That's a good sign. We tried the pizza. It's delicious. That's an even better sign.
